How does Reciprocity work?
Profits from the purchase of Reciprocity items will go back into our communities through the purchase of gift cards and other items from area restaurants and businesses that have been most impacted by stay-at-home orders during the COVID-19 pandemic and recent social and political environment. Those items will then be donated to heroes on the frontlines and members of our community that contribute positively to fight for racial equality and inclusion.
Studiothanks donates 80% of profits directly to the Reciprocity project with the remaining 20% going to overhead and administrative costs.
Nominations for candidates to receive gift cards will be open July 15th.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, in addition to PayPal, Venmo, ShopifyPay, Amazon Pay.
Do you charge sales tax for online orders?
All online orders will have sales tax of your appropriate county that you reside applied at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Exchanges and returns on unworn and unwashed items may be made within 30 days of your purchase. If for whatever reason, you want to exchange or return your purchase, we’re happy to help.
Unworn, unwashed items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price of the product. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (email is fine). After the 30-day window, items can be exchanged for another item of equal value.
If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please contact us at info@studiothanks.com, and we’ll get you a replacement!
When will you ship my online order?
We usually ship your order within 24-48 hours of order placement on business days (Monday-Friday 10 am - 4 pm). Orders placed on Fridays after 3 pm, Saturdays and Sundays will ship on the following Monday. When selecting a Priority Mail option (1-Day, 2-Day, Etc.), please be aware that the shipping time starts after your order has been processed by our team and picked up by the local USPS office for delivery.
Please note: During times of high volume, i.e., holidays or a large event, our processing and shipping time may be longer than 48 hours. Deliveries may be delayed due to USPS carrier issues or weather conditions.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, you can select Expedited shipping at check out. Please note, standard shipping is free but expedited has an additional cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
